Here at Drag Bicycles we understand very well how attached you can become to your bike and how dispiriting it can be when your bike breaks down on the road, up in the mountain or in the middle of an exciting race. If your warranty period has expired or the damage to your new bike turns out not to be covered by the warranty then you can feel downright miserable.

However hard we try we are unlikely to build a bike that will never need to visit the repair shop. And much as we would like our clients to be happy, we are not able to cover everything with our warranty. There are many types of damage not covered by our warranty: from mountain bike tyres that have been slashed by rocks, to carbon frames damaged by a collision, to cyclists pushing an entry level bike too far. We often come across cyclists who have grown in expertise and changed their riding style but are still riding their entry level bike.

Precisely because we value you, our clients, and want to each and every one of you to be a happy DRAG rider, we have come up with our Out of Warranty Service. This service allows you to upgrade or exchange your damaged parts at preferential prices. All you need to do is to go to your official DRAG dealer and ask to participate in the scheme so you can carry on enjoying your DRAG!
