DRAG frames now with lifetime guarantee
Drag’s new warranty terms give previously unheard of quality guarantee to customers. We are so certain of the quality and durability of our frames that we now offer:
LIFETIME guarantee on aluminium and steel hardtail frames, excluding freeride and freestyle
FIVE YEARS for carbon fiber frames and COX components
TWO YEARS for all other bikes and for paint and decals.
Our maximum weights are also very generous:
160 kg for aluminium and steel hardtail frames without rear suspension
130 kg for road bikes
100 kg for carbon frames and rear suspension frames.
Not only that – we have also thought of nonwarranty problems with DRAG frames within the warranty period. If you have a nonwarranty problem with your frame you now have the option of purchasing a new one at 50% of the original price.
