… a few snaps from last weekend’s corporate event ‘Sofia Bike Relay’ organized by Schwarzit.bg & Begachsofia
Although an October Sunday, it was great day for cycling!
With a lot of sun, wind that was not always favorable, smiles and wonderful energy, the cycling corporate event organized by Schwarz IT Bulgaria and sports club Begach – the Schwarz IT Sofia Bike Relay competition held place. 20 colleagues divided into 5 teams from DRAG also participated in the event.
Sofia Bike Relay is a cycling relay for company teams. Each team consists of 4 people and each participant bikes 12 km (3 laps) before passing the baton to a colleague. Each company has a Pit Stop, the place where the relays are handed over.
The women team of our colleagues finished on the first place on the podium and we are very proud with our female riders!
A total of 160 athletes from 40 teams took part in the relay. The event is for charity and 30% of the entry fees were donated to the cause of the ParaKids association.
Thank you to all colleagues who participated in the competition, as well as to the organizers of this great event!
