DRAG Bicycles Track Cycling League in the best hands.

One more year cycling on the competition track returned to the Son Moix velodrome with the celebration of the first of the 3 scheduled and scoreable days for the Drag Bicycles Track League organized by the FCIB and with the sponsorship of the IME-Ajuntament de Palma.

In the Open race the junior Andreu Barceló takes the absolute triumph ahead of Sergi Amengual and Gabriel Mayans, second and third respectively. In Masters victory for Christian Mas who is placed as provisional leader of the Drag Bicycles Track League second Llorenç Tomas and third Franki Brunot. In Women’s Junior Irene Reina won the absolute test beating Nayhara Monserrat, Irene new leader of the League on a provisional basis. In Male Cadets Joan Morlà won and placed leader, second was Lluc Mascarell and third was Nico Ros. In Female Cadets Maria Rodriguez surpassed Zoe Wuyts but it’s not enough to surpass Zoe as interim leader of the Track League. In Infantiles Alejandro Buzdea won ahead of Francesc Martorell and Francisco Lozano second and third respectively. In Alevines Masculinos Biel Mora thanks to winning the score was the winner with the same points as José Reyes who finished second, Sebastià Suau finished third. In Alevines Féminas Maria Prats won ahead of Ona Hernandez. Beginners and Promises demonstrated their skills in front of the attending audience with some fun exercises.

The next date at Son Moix will be next Tuesday, August 13th, the penultimate Drag Bicycles Track League.
