Our colleague Plamen Ganchev yesterday became the Balearic Champion on track in the discipline Omnium, category Master 40! Plamen rides a DRAG Pista bicycle equipped with carbon COX Strato 88 and Sphere Disc track wheels. However, he did not receive the title because he has no Spanish nationality.
